James joined our Telesales team in 1996 before moving into the Sales Department in 2000. He has spent time in nearly every department within Four Seasons giving him a unique insight into the business but still enjoys the daily interaction with customers the most. James works and plays hard, attending more weddings per year than the rest of us put together. His true passion outside of work though is mountaineering and has multiple trips to the Himalaya and Alps under his belt. In January 2013 he will be attempting to reach the summit of Aconcagua in the Andes, the highest mountain in the west and southern hemispheres, on one of its most difficult routes.
